Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to Covid-19 or shortage of workers in the postal service, some shipments may take longer than expected.

For Christmas please have all orders in before December 15th. Note that this does not guarantee anything on our part and does not ensure your package will arrive before Christmas (this is due to high shipping demands around the Holiday season.) This is just a prudent deadline and will make it highly likely that your package will make it to you before Christmas. We will do everything we can on our end to make sure it does arrive on time for the Christmas season. Any orders after the 16th of December will be processed as normal but are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for orders under $50 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For orders over $50, we offer free shipping anywhere in the United States. 

Shipping times and arrivals may vary based on the volume of the order. However, most shipments should arrive within 2-8 business days.  

Local Deliveries:

We are happy to offer local delivery to Republic, MO, Springfield, MO, and the immediate surrounding areas. At check-out simply see if your zip code is eligible for free delivery, if so select the free local delivery option, and we will deliver it right to your door! The minimum delivery order amount is $20.00 however the shipping and delivery of the item(s) are free. If the order amount is below $20.00 we will send it through the local USPS facility near us. Since we are a new startup our free local delivery will go on from December 1st, 2021-January 31st, 2022. After the first of February, 2022 our local deliveries will be only $1.50 which is very competitive. We will also have special offers here and there which will include free shipping on local deliveries, so make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for the most up-to-date information. 

In-store pickup:

We currently do not offer in-store pickup.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at connect.ambassadors@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use USPS for all shipping. This gives us the advantage of being able to ship to all P.O. Boxes within the United States. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

At Ambassadors, we have an easy, no-hassle return policy. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We include free return shipping labels with every order. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at connect.ambassadors@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
