Our primary goal at Ambassadors is to serve Christians. If you believe a product is defective, damaged, the incorrect item, or simply not what you expected, we want to make it right.
All items must be in new or like new condition to qualify for a full refund which would include being free of rips, tears, stains, or alterations.
If the product arrived damaged, we ask you to send it back.(prepaid shipping labels are made available for free) Once it has been inspected we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. If the item was damaged after receiving it or by wearing it, it will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted 30 days after receipt of purchase.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times and arrivals may vary based on the volume of the order. However, most shipments should arrive within 2-8 business days.
Due to Covid-19 or shortage of workers in the postal service, some shipments may take longer than expected.
All shipping is done through USPS, and pricing may vary depending on the volume of order.
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping anywhere in the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
We ask that you wait 15 days to receive your order. In the event your order does not arrive within 15 days please reach out to us at connect.amabassadors@gmail.com. We will look into what happened and will respond in a timely manner. If the fault was deemed to be a mishandling on our end, we will expedite your order and you will receive a coupon for your next order as well.

If the order has not shipped yet, you can reach out to us at connect.ambassadors@gmail.com or text ORDER CHANGE to 417-413-4299 and we will be happy to change it for you manually. In the case the order has already shipped and it is not what you wanted, you can send it back to us and we will replace it for free (See our return policy).

Our product is made in the United States and is made by quality screen printers. We shop the best shirts and materials to make sure you receive a product that is not only comfortable, but will last you a lifetime. Our shirts are made from the Comfort Colors T-Shirts, some of the most comfortable and durable shirts in the market.
Under the product description for each item there is a picture with the size of the model and the size shirt they are wearing. However if you are still not confident please email us at connect.amabassadors@gmail.com.
