Return Policy
Our primary goal at Ambassadors is to serve Christians. If you believe a product is defective, damaged, the incorrect item, or simply not what you expected, we want to make it right.
How long are returns accepted for?
Returns are accepted 30 days after receipt of purchase.
What Condition must the product be in to return it?
All returns for refund must be in new or like-new condition to qualify for a full refund which would include being free of rips, tears, stains, or alterations. Unless the product arrived damaged, then we ask you to send it back (prepaid shipping labels are made available for free) once it has been inspected we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. If the item was damaged after receiving it or by wearing it, it will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
All returns for exchanges must be in new or like-new condition. Products must be free from stains, tears, rips, or alterations. Once received from the customer (a free shipping label will be given to the customer) and inspected we will issue in-store credit or the cost of the item will be added to a gift card. Customers will be expected to pay the shipping cost on the new item purchased.
Return Shipping Requirements:
All returns and exchanges will be provided with a free shipping label and RAM identification number. The RAM identification number must be on the return package in order to be accepted for refund or exchange. All items may be returned in original packaging if possible, or similar packaging. Accepted forms of return packaging include:
- Poly Mailer
- Manila Envelope
- USPS Sealed Envelope Or Its Equivalent (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Original Packaging
Excluded Items
Do Not Qualify For Returns: All discounted items are final and not refundable.
